Sprouting
- Harvest after (at 18-20 °C): 2 to 3 days
- Soaking: 6 to 12 hours
- Rinsing/draining: 2 times per day
- Sprouter(s): jar, sprouting tray
- Tip: the seeds also germinate if they were soaked in salt water. These sprouts taste spicy. More than 3 grams of salt per liter of water should not be used.
